(Noun) It describes the process of combining English with Romanian in normal conversations, with no direct purpose. A person living for a few years in an English speaking country and using Romanian in a daily basis, but less than an hour for example, may have problems when switches from one language to another.

Usage: i.e. of RomEnglish:
I love you mult de tot.

In English this is equivalent to: I love you very much.
In Romanian it means: Te iubesc mult de tot.
