Schmidt's definition in Lecher's Lexicon (1967): ' The condition of having abnormally large sex organs; said, usually, of the male ' is more plausible, since macrophallia is the condition of having an impressive or unusually large penis, macrophallus / macropenis is an exceptionally large penis, and macrogenitosomia is a congenital condition of enlarged genitalia resulting from excess fetal androgens; it is characterized by enlarged external genitalia in male infants and by pseudohermaphroditism in female infants.
