Definition
(Noun) A cord that tethers the acroposthion of the penis. Used during Greek games by athletes in order to not reveal the glans which would be considered offensive. (Greek for dog's leash)Usage: The athlete tied on his kynodesme to his penis and waist so it would not move about.
