epicene
Definition
1. Belonging to or possessing the characteristics of both sexes; common to both sexes. An epicene word, statue, college. 2. Having or exhibiting characteristics typical of the other sex as with an effeminate man or a masculine woman; also, lacking the characteristics typical of either sex, or sexless.
Synonym: ambisexual.

3. Sexless, neutral, as in grammar, indicating either sex with only one grammatical form; having only one form of the noun for both genders.
