Definition
(Noun) disease in cats and dogs caused by larvae from flies (botflies), wherein the flies lay eggs which hatch and burrow into an opening on the animal, causing the maggots to eat through the flesh and tissues, and eventually cause death to the infested animalUsage: The litter of kittens was infected by larvae, quickly became ill, and subsequently died within a day from cuterebrosis.
