Definition
According to John Trimble ( 5000 Adult Sex Words and Phrases . 1966) a medical ' condition by which some womens bodies are able to keep male semen alive for as much as a week after intercourse and thus void the effect of contraception or rhythm in preventing impregnation '. Roger Blake had a similar definition in The American Dictionary of Adult Sexual Terms (1964) but called it: cervical hastility. I've never encountered that term anywhere else.
