British colloquialism, now derogatory, for a girl or woman, a not-too-bright woman, a rough woman, a woman considered as a sex object, or a prostitute. See prostitute for synonyms.Etymology: From the Arabic, bint meaning girl or daughter and saida bint meaning good day girl. Popular term among servicemen in Egypt during World Wars I and II.
