PC muscle

Or: pubococcygeus / pubococcygeous muscles / pubococcygeal muscle , one of two muscles forming the floor of the pelvis; it stretches between the pubic bone in front to the tailbone in back; it draws the anus toward the pubic area when it contracts; it controls urine flow and contracts during orgasm. One way to strengthen this muscle is with Kegel exercises.
