(Abbreviation) Primary Care PTSD scale. Used to assess degree of discomfort for possible referral.Usage: If the doctor suspects that the patient may have PTSD, he/she can use the PC-PTSD scale to determine if a referral for a more thorough evaluation needs to be made.
