Isobutylgermane

Definition

Isobutylgermane rate
(Noun) IBGe or Isobutylgermane is a novel liquid germanium source and less hazardous replacement of highly toxic germane gas. It has been used for deposition of Germanium containing semiconductors such as high speed microchips (Silicon-Germanium), Germanium wafers, Flash memory (Germanium antimony telluride), and Solar cells (Gallium arsenide on germanium).
Usage: Powerful solar cells of next generation and flash memory are now possible with Isobutylgermane, the green alternative to toxic germane.
