Type of Document.

Used as delivery note or memo while sending goods by hand or messenger. Receivers sign on duplicate copy and return to sender as token of acceptance.

Also used while making payments to Statutory / Government authorities for taxes and duties. This is a kind of money receipt (multiple copies about 3 or 4) which is prepared by payer mentioning complete details of payment and payee just sign and returns the payer copy for formal records.

Usage: 1. Please submit your Invoices along with duly signed copy delivery challans for the invoiced goods.
2. File your tax return form along with copy of the challan by which taxes as due in return are paid.
