(Noun) A condition that causes difficulties and can even make vaginal penetration impossible, some disruptions are the use of tampons, sexual intercourse, and certain medical examinations that can be hard or can not be done.
The reason for the difficulty is because a reflex of the PC muscle tenses up abruptly.
