Definitions
(Noun) Heavy duty accumulation of adipose tissue, with or without cellular hypertrophy, in the butt area. Used almost exclusively to refer to the female posterior.Usage: She had a severe case of steatopygia, resulting in a big-time manifestation of gluteus extremitus!
A condition marked by an extreme accumulation of fat in the female buttocks.
