(Noun) Pre-cum is a slang term for bulboureathral fluid. It is a pre-ejaculate fluid which serves to neutralize acidity that may remain in the urethra from urination, thus protecting sperm during ejaculation. It is NOT seminal fluid though, if one has not urinated since their last ejaculation, it can contain sperm.
