(Noun) Referring to Scots that settled by the Oatka Creek. Early Highland Scots settled along the Oakta Creek of Western New York. This area, rich in agriiculture, became one of the early routes to the West.Usage: Many Highland Scots who settled Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconisn were originally Oatkamac's.
