Definition
(Noun) A medical term for the scanning of the human nervous system. This is usually done with radio isotopes. The same type of imaging is used to detect other body defects such as brain tumors and sarcoidosis.Usage: I was scheduled for a neuroscan to determine if there was any nerve damage to my injured leg.
