miaphysite
Definition
(Noun) An adherent of the doctrine that Christ has one united nature out of two: divinity and humanity. The Oriental Orthodox Church (Coptic, Syriac, etc.) professes this doctrine. From Greek: "miaphysis tou theou logou sesarkoumene" (the one nature of God the Incarnate Logos/Word) - St Cyril of Alexandria.
