Definition
(Noun) a wooden idol of worship by the Subanon tribe of Sindangan, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. About four to five feet tall, usually placed in the front yard of the Subanon's house. I saw two such idols in Barrio Mandih, Sindangan mun., ZS.Usage: In my visit to Bo. Mandih, Sindangan mun., ZS, some years ago, I saw a four-to five ft. tall wooden carving of the Subanon idol, called by the natives as 'mansakada,' with a human face but no arms or legs.
