gerrymander
Definitions
(Verb) To change the area of a political district in order to capture more votes from a certain demographic.(Verb) To alter the boundaries of a political district to maximize the votes of one's own political party and/or to minimize those of the opposing party.
Usage: In "gerrymander," the "g" is pronounced "j".
