(Adjective) A horselike animalUsage: Burros, ponies, donkeys, horses and mules are all considered equine animals.
(Adjective) "Horselike," sure, but more commonly understood to be the adjective for the horse itself or something very similar - unless otherwise specified. (E.g., things that look more like burros than horses are "burrolike," not "equine".)
Usage: Zebras, which look like striped horses, might be said to be "equine".
(Adjective) horse-like
Usage: Kamrul has equine legs; he bullets out of work to get his snack he left home without the boss noticing.
