(Adjective) Fluency/aptness in language.
Usage: You cannot be eloquent in fax language. It doesn't work that way.
(Adjective) using flowing or well crafted language.
Usage: The eloquent speeches of Martin Luther King Jr. are still held as a public speaking standard today.
