dysfunctionality

(Noun) A singular or collective noun alerting to the structural failure of a particular and expected function or functions within an individual, an organization, a machine or nature giving rise to an unpredictable and usually damaging outcome.Usage: The dysfunctionality exhibited by the government permitted the uncontrolled growth in its society of administrative corruption, white collar crime, substance abuse, public immorality and a marginalisation of those committed to the betterment of their fellow citizens. Worse it created an environment wherein such behaviour appeared as the norm to new generations.
(Noun) the condition that disallows someone or something to function or perform as expected in a norm or standard
Usage: This dysfunctionality prevents the teacher from presenting any lesson.
