Yield-to-Call (YTC)
Definition
(Expression) A compound yield expressed as a percentage which is used to compare one bond to another. It is a statement of the yield possible on a bond investment if the bond is called away early.Usage: The YTC to the par call is 4%, while the yield to the premium call is 3.9%.
