(Noun) Yacca,a resin used in early Australian culture as a floor and furniture polish.Collected from the Blackboy plant,(also known as grass tree).Genus Xanthorrhoea.The resin is gathered from dead plants,processed to a powder.The only commercial operation in Australia is located on Kangaroo Island,off the coast of South Australia.Usage: Mix the Yacca and polish the floor boards.
