It cannot be cured once your computer has it and IT CAN INFECT ANY SYSTEM EXCEPT THE CHROMEBOOK

A very popular internet meme involving the ever-so-popular Luigi, from the Super Mario series invented by videogame creators in Nintendo. Weegee is said to be an evil copy of Luigi that turns innocent victims into a Weegee themselves by staring at them. Weegee has been used in many online jokes, like placing him in a picture that makes it looks like he actually fits in. Weegee looks a lot like Luigi himself, yet Weegee doesn't talk, move, eat, sleep, or anything a living human can actually do. He just stands there, staring at you with light blue oval-shaped eyes. When Weegee's in he room, there's no running away.
