Definition
(Noun) One of the world's most deservedly-famous cheeses. A tangy French blue/bleu cheese with veins of blue/green mold.Usage: In England, Stilton (an excellent blue, but-not-up-to-Roquefort's-quality cheese) generally takes its place at the end of superior meals. Nationalistic pride, perhaps.
