Historical Reenactment
Definition
(Noun) A historical drama in which participants reenact a historical event (ie the Revolutionary War or the Civil War), and host sutlery vendors, and battles with replica weapons. The public is encouraged to come to the events, spectate, or join a unit or reenactment organzation.Usage: Tom went to the reenactment, and saw his friend play as George Washington, leading the troops into the reenactment battle of Trenton.
