(Interjection) Making ones presence known, most often associated with British Police Officers, coming upon someone engaged in suspicious activity, usually followed with a demand to explain the purpose of the behavior. It is a challenge that informs a wrong doer that unless proven otherwise they are about to be engaged in a legal matter with the authorities.
