Definitions

1. In anatomy, the top part of the body in humans and animals; the seat of reason and intelligence; the mind.

Quote: This phrase from Jumping Jacks (1952): ' Two hands; one for each head.' refers to a hypocrite but could also be a pun on the big head and the little head.
