Fatiha
Definition
(Noun) Fatiha is an Arabic word, that means 'to open'. When someone dies, after completion of burial rites, the kith and kin of dear departed say prayers or repeat sacred words, such as; may God rest his soul in peace! Fatiha is customary form for conducting a religious and other solemn ceremony.Usage: Mr. Aslam paid condolence visit to mourning members of the dear departed, and there he said Fatiha for him.
