Definition
(Noun) Adhunantika refers to post-Hungryalist movement in Bengali literature spearheaded by two Calcutta (India) based periodicals i.e. "Haowa#49" and "Kabita Pakshik" during 1990s; from creating images with meaning in words the movement emphasized on creating images with sound of words.Usage: Most of the poets who started writing poems after 1995 are Adhunantika poets in Bengali literature.
